This pretty, self-catering Gascony cottage dates from the early 1800s. It's attractively furnished and well-equipped. It has many original (and modern) features, beamed ceilings, antique furniture and comfortable fireside seating. Set alone at the end of a farm lane, it's only 20 min. to the A64 autoroute and convenient for several popular market towns. Pau and Toulouse airports are about an hour.
The front garden is south-facing, private and bordered by mature trees and shrubs. To the west is an open area of lawn with a sunny terrace. Relax, enjoy the landscape views and spectacular sunsets. There's plenty of holiday reading, local maps, guidebooks, games, city bikes, boules, BBQ & table tennis.
This is a perfect base for active holidays - or a quiet holiday for 2.

It's tucked away in the tranquil, rolling countryside of southern Gascony within easy reach of the Pyrenean peaks, national parks and lush forests and undulating landscapes of the foothills. It lies equidistant from Tournay and the popular market town of Trie-sur-Baïse with its patisseries, bars, cafes, supermarkets, newsagent and cheerful wine shop.
